Nico Rexha honed his pizza and Italian cooking skills in Kensington and other prestigious restaurants in London before joining as Head Chef at Warehouse in 2021. He won the National Pizza Award in 2017 for his Signature Pizza Di Bosco - praised for its seasonality, high quality, and perfectly balanced flavors. Nico continues to create mouthwatering flavours, both traditional and seasonally innovative.
