How do I know when my order will be dispatched ?
You will receive an order confirmation with a tracking link to your DPD shipment.

How do I know when my order is ready to pick up if I select collection ?
Orders placed by 4pm will be available to collect the following day between 10am-2.00pm , We ask that you follow up collections with an email to thepackingroom@warehousepizza.co.uk 

Will my order arrive in Food safe Packaging?
Our boxes will naturally arrive, fresh, using insulated sheep wool liners, compostable and recyclable keeping the correct temperature for up to 48 hours.

Will the Peddling Pizza Dough Balls arrive frozen?

All goods are delivered using insulated packaging & eco-friendly ice packs that are recyclable and made of high-quality, non-toxic materials and reusable 

Can I substitute items in the pre-set boxes ?
We do not accept substitutes, we do offer a Pick N Mix box as an option. 

How often do you change your Specials Box?

The specials box will change at the beginning of each month

Can I order a gift card online?
Yes gift cards are available to order

Is there carriage charged on the boxes
All our PRE-SET boxes are inclusive of carriage charges, baring Just Dough It,  Flour power & Pick N Mix

How can i contact The Packing Room?

All emails will be responded to within 24 hours

On which days will you dispatch the orders?

Home delivery – All orders received before 5pm Monday will be delivered to you on Wednesday that week.
All orders received after 5pm Monday and before 5pm Wednesday will be delivered on Friday that week.
Collections – All orders where collection is selected are available the following day, please email thepackingroom@warehousepizza.co.uk to confirm your collection day & time before 4pm on the day of ordering.

Will the dough balls arrive frozen? 

Dough Balls are packed to arrive non thawed and can be re-frozen in its original packing.

How long will the Dough Balls last in the fridge?

Left in their packaging or Dough Trays, Dough Balls will last for up to 3 days in a domestic fridge.

 

Refunds

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at thepackingroom@warehousepizza.co.uk with the details of your request and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are reported on the same day they are received. If you need to exchange an item or not happy with your purchase please send us an email to thepackingroom@warehousepizza.co.uk 

Gift Cards

 

Gift cards are available to purchased online

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should email thepackingroom@warehousepizza.co.uk for approval prior to doing so.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
