Like the Italians, we put Sunday lunch in the middle of the table and let everyone tuck in. Pick your favourite platter, mix chicken and pork, add a stuffed aubergine, and make it work for your table.
It is relaxed, generous and particularly good for families and groups where everyone wants a bit of something different.

Every platter arrives ready for the table with rosemary roast potatoes and seasonal greens, so you can concentrate on the important bit: passing plates around and deciding who gets the last roast potato.
